Customer Care

orders:

due to the custom nature of our items, the following terms will apply to all orders:

all sales are final sale unless the item arrives to you damaged.  please email or call before ordering should you have a specific question about a product.

orders can take up to two weeks to ship to you, depending on the designer and the time of year.  if you need an item on a certain date for a special occasion, please email or call me when you place the order so that I can speak with the designer that day to request a specific date of delivery.  in the event of shipping delays for any reason, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

if you need to cancel or change an order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. this must be done by emailing heather@magpielovely.com with your order information.  please be sure to include your name and telephone number.  any order not cancelled within 24 hours may already be in production and will not be refunded.

we currently accept online orders within the usa and canada.

we will accept international orders via email only. simply email heather@magpielovely.com with the items that you would like to purchase and an invoice will be emailed to you with your shipping charges included. the invoice will be via paypal. shipping charges are based on weight.  please note that for international orders magpie lovely is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed.  please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

payment:

we accept all major credit cards through PayPal, our safe and secure payment processor, including visa, american express, mastercard, and discover. for your convenience, you can also login to your paypal account when you are redirected from our site.  we do not accept checks or money orders.  if you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us.

shipping:

all items are shipped via USPS once your order is completed. orders will take up to two weeks to ship, based on the designer if the order is custom made. your items will ship directly to you from the designer. if you order products from multiple designers, your order will arrive in different packages at different times depending on the product. 

If you have questions about the status of your order, please email us at heather@magpielovely.com. we work closely with the designers featured on magpie lovely and will be in contact with the buyer with an estimated delivery time for custom orders. if you need the item by a certain date, please email us at heather@magpielovely.com when the order is placed.

return policy:

most products listed on magpie lovely are made to order.  all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.  if you should have any specific questions regarding products listed on magpie lovely, please email heather@magpielovely.com before ordering.

some items we feature are one-of-a-kind, which means they are on a "first come, first serve" basis.  if you order an item that is no longer available, we will send you an email notice and your payment will be refunded in full.

custom orders:

since custom orders are non-returnable and because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we urge you to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding any of the products.  please email us at heather@magpielovely.com with any questions.

coupons & discounts:

to redeem any coupons or discounts, simply type in the coupon code in the "discount code" box upon checkout.

privacy policy:

your privacy is important to us, and we neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information are secure and are used for shipping and processing purposes only.

designer application:

we value our customers expectation of items found on magpie lovely and will only feature high-quality handmade products. designers interested in having their items featured on magpie lovely should contact us at heather@magpielovely.com for consideration. we encourage potential exhibitors to browse the site before submitting to see if their work would be a good fit.
